Mission
Our mission is to provide quality services, resources, and information that improve the mental health, independence, and quality of life of individuals with mental health problems. Additionally, we strive to provide services to assist and empower clients to achieve stabilization, growth, recovery, and maximal independence.
Services
Individual, marital, family and group therapy for adults and children experiencing a broad range of emotional/psychiatric problems. Most insurance companies are accepted as well as many employee assistance programs – call to inquire about your particular insurance plan or employee assistance programs.

EAP (Employee Assistance Programs accepted)
Focus on Children Program – This program meets the parenting class requirements for parents going through a divorce, modification or paternity issue in St. Charles County. The class is a one time meeting that lasts for two hours and that covers communication with the other parent, effects of conflict and divorce on children, and how to take care of yourself and your children during changes.
This class meets at various times Days, Evenings, and Saturdays.

Divorce Mediation Services - Mediation is a cooperative problem-solving process where a neutral professional helps people in conflict clearly define the issues in dispute and reach agreements that are customized to fit their circumstances. Mediation services provided range from mediating an entire divorce to mediating one issue or modification. Call for appointments AM & PM available.
